Leo Costa, VFX Supervisor - Framestore
Leo Costa started working in the UK industry in 2009 as a digital composer at MPC and then The Mill where he worked on several projects for clients such as MGM, Levi's, Guinness, Playstation, Mercedes Benz, Pepsi, Adidas, Nike, Audi and SSE where he received a VES award for Outstanding Compositing in a Photoreal/Live Action commercial. In 2012 Costa completed a master's degree in film at NFTS, National Film and Television School. In 2015 Leo began his career at Framestore where he now serves as VFX Supervisor for commercials and TV series. Some of his recent work includes Black Mirror, The Terror, A Christmas Carol.
Foundry will show the latest developments made in a lecture on December 2 at 12 noon with guest Leo Costa, Framestore's visual effects supervisor, who will share his tips on how to supervise a visual effects recording and use Nuke to develop images for the final phase.
